ISO 2-hole Strat jack plate

I'm planning to install a buffer/OBEL into a Strat and am looking for a drop-in 2-hole jack plate. Anybody offering them up these days?
Barring that, anybody have a template already drawm for how to cut/drill one? I know it shouldn't be all that hard, but just figured I'd ask.
