800-2000 bucks is the market. The 80s Artists go for less than the 70s. I would offer 900 or so and see what happens. Really though if you want an Artist I would search for one that is a little earlier. 2 cents!

AR300s go for about $1200.00 this would be an upgrade W/ the Burl top

Yes - the AR305 tends to fetch more than the AR300.

I recently scored mine for $600 on consignment - was able to talk him down as there was quite a bit of cosmetic wear and tear. Still plays great though.
