Hey man,

Somebody should post the intro to death don't have no mercy. It's such a killer intro, but it isn't on here. Somebody should really do something about this.

as far as i can tell, jerry starts on the low E string, and goes up a minor blues penatonic down around the low E. the exact notes are E, G, A, A#, B, D, D#, E(ending on the D string) hope this helps ya out, i would suggest soloing in the same key. on a side note: i've kinda figured out that jerry would often use the blue note (A#) and then the blue note of the dominant 4th (which would be the A minor scale) D#, he does this technique in a few songs, like samson and delilah in the key of G minor, he used the G and C minor blue notes (C# and F#)
