hello all. problems with the effects switch on my guitar. when I flip it on I have to play with it a little bit to get it working, for example I have to wiggle it a little bit to get it working. same thing in both directions. once its on and working its fine, just that it takes a little playing with the get there. hopefully something I can take care of without bringing guitar to the shop? any input appreciated! thanks MK

I would say the switch is bad. Slim possibility of maybe a loose/intermittent solder connection on the switch. I would change the switch. If you can solder, it a simple job.
Also, make sure your cord for the effects loop is getting good connection where it plugs into the guitar and junction box.

If it turns out the switch is bad it would be good time to put in a high quality C&K switch. Not all mini toggles are created equal.
