I hate splitting hairs,but we should say that there was a Jazz Bass not a Precision in 68.
Wouldn't want a whole debate to ensue,right?

Look at them in 67' ...Weir and Lesh with their shiny new guitars. Jerry playing vintage even then! Ha!
Wonder if Lesh was thinking about mods to the Guild right off the bat. He played the shit out of that bass stock for quite a bit. Ha!
