How is his graphite insert different than say, the graphite stiffener bars on an AM Standard Fender? (the basses have them, not sure about the guitars). Which I LOVE by the way... great feature to have in New England! I've only had to give my truss rod one tiny tweak since it settled in after I got it last March.

Not in the guitars. They keep the shape & tune and have a chimeyness in the presence range.

I'm a big fan of my Mody G2 which has the same!

It's great in my Blue guitar. Every time I pull her from the case she's right in tune. That's outstanding for a hollow body.

Just opened a pack of Pyramids. It came with both "G" strings.

I have a set of Pyramid Monel Classics, 11 - 48. Have not tried them yet.

Has a plain G. .18.

According to the website, only the .12 gauge include the wound G... 8)

My "Light" .010-.0465 had (2) G's.

However, I can't recall ever getting (2) G's before.
