Couple of observations now that I've been able to test-drive my new Micro-Tron IV:

- the on-board low pass filter makes this pedal for me (completely eliminates any harsh high end)
- when I use my Reverend Avenger with its 6.0K middle single coil PUP, the sigal into the Micro-Tron does benefit from being goosed a bit first by my Doozy Boost

All in all, I'm digging the Micro-Tron IV. It's worth the price of admission.
