Where do you score backing tracks to practice with? Dead and non-dead?

Super cheese but programs like iReal (for iPhones and android) or band in a box for pc/Mac are convenient just because if you just need to get changes into your head quickly they help with that.

A truly cool and also little-known phone app for practice is Drum Genius. It may only be for iPhones but idk. Has samples of lots of real world drummers and you can slow them down and speed them up. By far the most musical way of practicing with a backing track for me. It's the only one that gives me real improvisational freedom with a truly human-sounding (albeit repetitious) accompaniment.

Of course there's also always Finale/Sibelius. I don't know much about people who make backing tracks but I know they exist as well.
