GD on a LP

I've been playing my trusty old '78 Les Paul a bunch at home lately. It was my gigging guitar with my Dead band from 86-89. I bought it in '82 for $350 from a friend who wanted a new Strat. We did a rare rehearsal running over the groove on tunes we've been playing forever and hadn't put a lot of conscious thought into. Our keys player couldn't make it so learning new tunes wasn't a great idea. I love Les Pauls, it was my first "real guitar" and if my house was on fire it would be the first one I grab after the kids but . . . before the cats
