This isn't my stuff but I thought I would share...

First 'glance' to me sounds something like this-

Main Riff: ---------------C--D5-----|

G|--2-5-------5-------- -5--2-----|
D|------0-2-0---0-5-0---2--0-----|
A|------------------------3--0-----|
E|------------------------0--X-----|
(Last time through it he plays, or puts more emphasis on, just the D string instead of the full D chord)

Second Riff:
G|-2--2-2--55-44--2--2-2--2-------- |
D|-0--0-0--00-00--0--0-0--0--345-0-|--- Repeat a few times then enter the song
A|-X-------------------------------- 0--|
E|-X-------------------------------------|

(websites say D7 but that D5 I used up there in the intro is what he plays in the vid, plus I think it just sounds better that way.)

D----------------------------------------------Main Riff
All I heard was something like a bird within her sing,
D----------------------------------------------Main Riff
All I know she sang a little while and then flew on,
Bb, F, C, G, D, Second Riff
Tell me all that you know and I'll show you snow and rain.

D----------------------------------------------Main Riff
If you hear that same sweet song again will you know why?
D----------------------------------------------Main Riff
Anyone who sings a tune so sweet is passing by.
Bb, F, C, G, D, Keep on that D
Laugh in the sunshine, sing, cry in the dark, fly through the night.

Bm--------A
Don't cry now,
G-----D----A
don't you cry,
G-----D----A---G-------- D
don't you cry anymore, la da da d a.

Bm----------A
Sleep in the stars,
G-----D----A
don't you cry,
G-----D----A ----------G----- D
dry your eyes on the wind, la da da da.

And I reckon that's it! Just keep the video playing and put the two together and you'll get it! (and listen to the song for the rhythm of the chords/riff, I don't notate tab too often and I'm not too sure of how to give tab rhythmic meaning)
