Phaser or Leslie in 73?

So i have been listening to a lot of morning dews from 73 lately and i hear a phaser/uni-vibe sound. I know jerry used a phase 100, but those werent released till the mid 70s. WHo is using it? and what is it? I have not found any evidence of either guys using a leslie but it sounds like it....?
