I was never thrilled to hear this song live. For whatever reasons it always elicited introspection that I wasn’t particularly in the mood for. Interesting how times can alter perspectives. I just dusted off the old Anthology, with its busted spine, torn cover and yellowed margins, and propped it open to page 195.
