Since you said please, it goes something like this. See the tab for the complete chords and words:

E|--G intro-----------------G(Cold)----F(water)----------Dm(trade)------1--G(daughter)
B|--------0-----------0-----------0----1-----------------------3--------------
G|--------0-----------0-----------0----------2-----2--------2--------2-----0--0
D|-----0-----0-----0-----0-----0-----0----3-----------3--0--------0-----------0---0--
A|-------------------------------------------------------------------------2-------
E|--3-----------3-----------3----------1--------1-------------------------------3--

Thank you! I can't wait to try it.

Edited to say - Hey, you switched tunings on us. I was looking for these:
C_______ G_____C___ G
Hey, Tom Banjo, hey a laurel

Please?

I know I haven't been in this conversation and I definitely don't want to come off like a jerk but you should learn to transpose. If your aim is to become a musician whether professional or not it is a must. In this case just drop the notes cited by ronster a full step (2 frets) back to go from the one key to the other. And adjust positioning as seen fit. Transposing is a stepping stone toward furthering your musical education.

My man ronster beat me to the punch!

Ronster - You're a gentleman and a scholar!

Thanks ronster. 8)

You're right Bill. I can transpose the chords fine, but I wasn't sure about the picking pattern.
