Hey Gang,

I have a guitar loaded with two EMG active humbuckers. Controls are two volume and one tone with a three way switch. This morning I switched from my neck pickup to the bridge...and nothing.

Jiggling the three way did nothing. But, unplugging the input jack and plugging it back in brought it back momentarily, until I flipped the switch back to middle. I found the middle position to be way bass-y so I turned the neck volume down and found that it worked as a master volume. Switched back to bridge...nothing again.

The EMGs are the Quik Connect system, as I'm not sure if I will switch them back to another set that I have. I checked all the connections and everything is secure. The sound doesn't come and go, doesn't crackle, and doesn't sound thin. It just disappears. I changed the battery about two weeks ago, it stays unplugged when I'm not playing the guitar. The battery is still good, I threw it into an active bass I have.

Does anyone have an idea what the issue could be?

Thanks in advance,
