The VINTAGE Ibanez Artist 2619/AR300 I've offered to sell to you at a very good price is an excellent Weir guitar.
NO disrespect meant, however, you seem to be all over the place. At one point, your were interested. Then you became fixated on new Ibanez Artist guitars (ie: the AR620) which would save you maybe $200, and now you're back up to a $1K price limit.
I'll say it again: a vintage Ibanez is a better guitar than a new one. Also, it will hold its resale value better.
Another option is to purchase a guitar and mod it with Weir pickups and electronics. In the end, this may not be a cheaper option.
