You should pretty much be able to make the whole song out of that, but at the end of the song the way they play the chorus changes and i have forgotten how to do that, so u should probly find it elsewhere or just play it like the other choruses, there is also a nice little chord progression during the last line of the song that im sure u should be able to find sumwhere else.
