Easy to love you: Brent

Standing on the Moon: Jerry "But i would rather be with you".

Looks Like Rain: bobby I know its kind of a break up song...but the whole "but ill still sing you love songs...written in the letters of your name". And its just a beautiful song. During dinner it would be very nice and peaceful.

Never Trust a Woman gets my vote---especially since it's a same-sex marriage!

how come no ones suggested not fade away yet?!?!

it'll get everyone moving and it has great lyrics for the event!

'm gonna tell you how it's gonna be, you're gonna give your love to me,
I will love you night and day, know our love not fade away

My love is bigger than a Cadillac, I try to show you but you drive me back,
Your love for me has got to be real, your gonna know just how I feel.
Love is real not fade away
Know our love not fade away

For some reason to me the most romantic Dead song to me is..

IT MUST HAVE BEEN THE ROSES

I had "If I had the world to give" played for our first dance at my first wedding by a band who knew nothing of the GD.......we were divorced three years later.

My wife and I had "That's What Love Will Make You Do" on our reception play list. My Dead band also played a couple of tunes - Jack-A-Roe, Ripple, TLEO, Franklin's Tower (not wedding related, my wife just likes singing backup on it)

At my wedding (December 1997) I took the words from Elvis' "Today, Tomorrow and Forever" and played them to the melody and chords from Brent's "I will take you home" on piano. It was my way of celebrating the GD into what is turning out to be a solid relationship with my spouse, going on 20 years.

I'm a bit late to the party but why not "Attics"?

In the secret space of dreams, where I dreaming lay amazed.
When the secrets all are told, and the petals all unfold.
When there was no dream of mine, you dreamed of me.
