Seem they should be simple to nail but I've been struggling to get them exact plus when I reviewed several different concert videos on YouTube it seemed to me Jerry wasn't being exactly consistent song-to-song himself. Are these licks transcribed anywhere or do y'all have some advice you can offer here? Thanks.

Here are some thought I had from a while back (From a post called "Good 80's Shows"):

Those opening seconds are great... Jer practices his descending Dmin arpeggios right out of the open and 5th fret chord positions, doing the "half-step below the note, then the note" thing, then he kicks it off and uses the open position descending Dmin arpeggio, only now it has the Shakedown mojo.
Nice. :hail:

Open Dmin:
E|--1--
B|--3--
G|--2--
D|--3--and/or--0--
A|-----
E|-----

Sounds like he runs one of these:
E|--0--1-----------------------------------------
B|--------3-----2--3------------------------------
G|--------------------2------1--2----------------
D|---------------------------------3-----2--3--0--
A|-----------------------------------------------
E|-----------------------------------------------

Maybe what he plays in the final moments of the Intro lick:
E|--1--0--1-----------------------------------
B|-----------3--2--3--------------------------
G|--------------------2--1--2-----------------
D|-----------------------------3----0----------
A|--------------------------------------------
E|--------------------------------------------

5th fret Dmin:
E|--5--
B|--6--
G|--7--
D|--7--
A|--5--
E|-----

Sounds like he runs this before kicking the intro:
E|--4--5-----------------------------------------------------------
B|--------6------5--6---------------------------------------------
G|---------------------7------6--7--------------------------------
D|----------------------------------7------6--7-------------------
A|-----------------------------------------------8------7--8--5--
E|-----------------------------------------------------------------

I can't begin to say how much I dig this place and appreciate your tips. As always, just what I need! Thanks.

Bobby's Dm9 adds a nice tension/color to the opening intro chord too. He leaves out the minor third and plays the m9 instead. Then behind the riff he's got the "disco" rythym with octave f notes on the third and first string at the 10th and 13th fret respectively capped off with the high Dm at the 17th fret. Classic Weir!
