Interesting. Precision Guitar Kits is now making a Gibson LP style with a 25.5" scale. Food for thought....

Gibson made a run of 25.5 Les Paul's a few years ago... saw one for sale recently and came very close to snagging it. Next time I likely will. If only they had the minihumbuckers.

The Godin LGX-SA, while it's own beast, has elements of a 25 1/2 scale LP, plus piezo acoustic tones (per the video below of one of my originals) and synth access. This is not a widely known or used axe but it's hard to find anyone with one who doesn't love his.
