When it doesn't fit anywhere else

Anyone here travel with their rig? I'm playing out in Chico, Ca in June, all the way from Columbia, SC. There are a couple options out there waiting for me, but they aren't MY rig, ya know?

So I'm trying to figure out how to get my amp to California at the same time as me. I'm flying...on a plane wise guys...

Any one have any suggestions? I have a friend with a corporate shipping rate from UPS, but I also have a gig exactly a week before I get there, with Memorial day in between, so the timing has me tweaked...

Yah, suggestions?

I do a lot of gigs where I have to rely on 'amps-du-jour' I have a Sarno Black Box (modded by Brad to switch to Euro voltage when necessary) and Earth Drive that I rely on to get 'my' sound started It's not the same as having my full rig, but it goes a long way toward getting me a consistent and personal tone. Beyond that, I always ask for a pair or Twins and hope for the best....
